In an interview with News-One, Rev. Dr Owusu Bempah denied all reports that he mentioned the death of Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo this year. He said some people were spreading that rumour as a way of marketing their newspapers. He emphasized,
“I think some people want to use my name to sell their papers. I have never said that Nana Addo will die, they should say what I have said.”
He explained the actual prophecy about Nana Addo and said God has a purpose for Nana Addo and until that purpose was accomplished he will not die. He mentioned that people have plotted to kill Nana Addo but they will not succeed. He said;
“Nobody can kill Nana Addo, he is a man who has a good heart for people and his country. The fact that he accepted the election court verdict means he has a very good heart.”
