On friday, 27th May,2016 on KASAPA PARTY TIME hosted by DJ PERFEKT on Kasapa Fm 102.5 mhz was an exclusive one-on-one with Ghana biggest rap artist GURU which got many people in Ghana and beyound listening to the program.
Guru spoke about his music journey so far and addressed certain issues including why some of his hit songs never got nominated in the VGMA and never won award.
A listener of the program mentioned as Ras Bomba in Swedru sent a whatsapp message to the host to be read to Guru. The message read ” Ask Guru when he will have a track with SHEGEE STYLA because we know She is a part of you been in the music industry ”
GURU answered when asked by Dj Perfekt ” Yes SHEGEE STYLA is one of the people who inspired me most and helped me to become a great artist back in TRIPPLE M days because back then I was a “Kubolor Rapper ” but she accepted my invite to be on that song, Big Up Shegee Styla”
This is to comfirm why some artistes like Castro,Yaa Pono etc don’t joke with Shegee Styla because she did same for them as she did for Guru to show how caring and loving she was and still is.
Guru is out with his latest singled SAMBA featuring Singlet and NEVER NEVER now recieving massive airplay after MEEBA B3 TIA .
